Where is your facility?
GoGreen Storage is located at 168 Elm St in Potsdam, just a mile east of Highway 11 and across the road from Tim Hortons. We’re easily accessible from Potsdam, Canton, Hannawa Falls, Norwood, Sanfordville, and beyond.
What are your access hours?
Our facility is open for access 24/7 to current tenants. Simply enter our fenced facility using your secure gate code and you’re ready to access your unit.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. You can call our office at (315) 842-0494 to get started, or fill out our easy-to-use contact form to send us a message online.
How does your facility provide “green” storage?
Our facility runs off solar-powered energy, making GoGreen Storage an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly business. Our solar power system uses clean, pure energy from the sun, which helps to combat greenhouse gas emissions and significantly cuts our energy costs.
Are there any attractions or businesses close to your facility?
Absolutely! GoGreen Storage is across the street from Tim Hortons, Brookfield Power New York, and The UPS Customer Center, near the Potsdam Municipal Airport.
Are you close to Clarkson University?
We couldn’t be closer! Our facility is only 5 minutes from Clarkson University in Potsdam via Sandstone Drive and Elm Street. We’re the perfect choice for student storage.
What security does your facility have?
Our fenced facility is equipped with 24-hour security monitoring, high tech security cameras, motion sensor lighting, and a code-controlled gate. Our manager keeps a close eye on activity at the facility, so you can be sure your items are safe.
Can I pay my bills online?
Absolutely! In fact, we recommend it as the easiest way to keep up with your rent. You can also set up autopay to automatically pay your rent bill every month, so you never miss a payment.
Can I store my vehicle at GoGreen Storage?
Of course! We offer vehicle storage in our extra large units and uncovered parking options. We would be happy to store your car, boat, RV, or camper for as long as you like.
Do you have drive-up access?
We do. Driving straight up to your unit is the easiest way to unload heavy boxes and furniture items into your unit.
Do I need to buy my own lock?
Yes. When you buy your own lock, no one else has a key to that lock – just you. We believe this is the best way to protect your items from unwanted access. For more information on locks, talk to one of our self storage experts. We’ll make sure you buy just the right lock to secure your unit.
